The Personal
Profile System® Report
uses the research-based DiSC® Model to help you understand yourself
in a specific situation and gain insight into the behavior of others.
You need an authorized access code, provided by Management Resource Services,
Inc., to enter the site and respond. You will be asked to focus
on your environment, such as work, or a situation, such as participating
on a team as you respond to sets of descriptive words. Responding to
the items will take approximately 10 minutes. Please contact us using
the email link at the bottom of this page, if you do not know your access code.
Your individual item responses are completely
confidential. Your
responses will be automatically tallied and the results submitted to
a representative at Management Resource Services, Inc. A personalized
linen-bound Personal Profile Report will be provided to you.

Report to identify the respondent's communication profile. The report
provides a narrative description of the respondent's behavioral and
communication style. The narrative explains what factors probably
influence the respondent and how he or she tends to behave. The
respondent's goals and communication methods are explained, while the
strengths and limitation of the person's style are pinpointed. The
report includes Motivating Factors, Strategies for Increased
Effectiveness and much more. Supplemental reports may be purchased
for $10 each to
enhance the learning, including Strategies to Create a Positive
Relationship, How this Person Tends to Manage, Relating to People and
the Environment, etc. Your
