The Diversity Management enables your school to develop and implement
a step-by-step blueprint to manage your diverse team and
make cultural and ethnic diversity a powerful asset to your school
community. The
initiative consists of a needs analysis, sensitivity and
awareness training and self-assessment evaluations. Also components
of the
diversity initiative are defined by completing a series of
planning sessions with administrators, staff and representatives
from ethnic
groups that make up your school community.
The initiatives challenges all team members to understand, accept
and capitalize on the differences of the team. This initiative is
founded on the commitment
for embracing diversity starting at the top with the school administrators
demonstrating their commitment.
Real cultural change is a process and can only occur over time and must
become an integral part of your day-to-day operations. We will complete
an assessment
of the key diversity issues facing your team. A structured Baldrige-based process
will be used to define and align the mission, vision and goals for your initiative.
