About Management Resource Services, Inc.

 

Management Resource Services, Inc. is a team management consulting and training firm specializing in Leadership and Employee Training Programs and Organizational Development Initiatives. We help our clients improve their organizational, work team and individual productivity through skill development training, problem solving, and planning organizational initiatives.

 

Specifically, the firm offers leadership and management development certificate training programs, facilitation of change management and diversity management initiatives and strategic project planning. The firm uses a data driven approach to measure how our services improve employee and team productivity and how they enhance an organization’s ability to work together more effectively.

 

The firm is headquartered in Naperville, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.

 

Our expertise is based on direct experience and knowledge in leading and managing organizational teams. We know how to assess issues, develop strategies and put in place measurable programs that instill accountability. Our approach is to establish partnerships with clients to customize services that address their unique needs. We are available to spearhead the entire project or will support you in providing a small nugget to round out your existing programs. Our objective is to concentrate on developing a practical roadmap that aligns with the values and goals of your organization. About Our President

Gwen Onatolu is the President and Managing Director of Management Resource Services, Inc. Prior to forming the company, Gwen’s corporate experience comprised of 23 years at AT&T, AT&T Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies. During her corporate career, she advanced to hold numerous positions in engineering, product management, long-range planning and training.  As a technical manager, project team leader, and diversity chairperson, she worked with defining visions, strategy development, project work plans and assessing and leading diversity initiatives.

 

She holds a Masters in Business Administration and has consulted across numerous industries.
