About Our President
Gwen Onatolu is the President and Managing Director
of Management Resource Services,
Inc. Prior to forming the company, Gwen’s corporate experience comprised
of 23 years at AT&T, AT&T Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies.
During her corporate career, she advanced to hold numerous positions in engineering,
product management, long-range planning and training. As a technical
manager, project team leader, and diversity chairperson, she worked with defining
visions,
strategy development, project work plans and assessing and leading diversity
initiatives.
She holds a Masters
in Business Administration and has consulted across
numerous industries.
